Unfortunately, due to the nature and the unique character of the product, this is not possible.
To ensure efficiency, we begin working on a frame as soon as an order is received, which makes cancellation impossible.
Please note that we do not recommend attempting to fix the frame at home without consulting us. The warranty is void if the frame is disassembled.
